One of the most important things to me about working at Sage is the independence I’m given to think for myself and solve problems. I’m not micromanaged, yet I’m supported by a supervisor who really hears me and by coworkers who have my back. In fact, the first word I’d use to describe the culture at Sage is collaborative.
Sage’s culture is small but mighty. We have evolved so much over the last 10 years because our managers, directors, and owners listen to the needs of the clients and employees equally. There are no silly questions as we work as a team to solve issues and streamline ways to honor our own work-life balance. Many of us are working moms, teachers, or artists who do not want to settle on only being good at one or the other.
My team members are great people with great attitudes. Being surrounded by others who are smart, motivated, and genuinely care about our clients and our company values makes me want to do better. I love that together we can make a huge impact on the lives of our clients. At the end of the day, I get to do what I love with people I enjoy.
